Change comes in many forms - a job change, a new family makeup, a move, or even something more personal. A change in who we are at our essence. In this Navigating Change Workshop learn how to work with your brain to release old well-worn patterns to make room for your new path. And create a new neural network for an easier transition. There will be a 30 minute brain talk followed by two 20 minute Neurosculpting meditations with time for discussion.


In-person or live steam online.
Pre-registration required, space is limited for in-person.


All classes are suitable for beginners.
