On Saturday March 7 (6:30) and Friday March 13 (8:30), New England Conservatory’s Asian Students Association will perform two donation-based concerts of jazz, classical, and contemporary music in aid of doctors and patients in China fighting the spread of the coronavirus virus (COVID-19). The concerts will take place in NEC's performance spaces at 255 Saint Botolph Street in Boston. Both concerts will be free and open to the public, with optional donations of $10-$25 (no ticket required). A livestream link will also be posted on the day of the concert to ASA’s Facebook page. Since January, Tzu Chi USA has been sending medical supplies such as protective overalls, N95 masks & surgical masks, and protective eyewear to institutions in China confronting the coronavirus.
