On the evening of Friday, October 15, NEADS World Class Service Dogs celebrates Get Dressed. Give Back., its annual fundraiser to support the organization and its array of Service Dog programs. Hosted at The Exchange in Boston’s Seaport, the event features exciting shopping opportunities, a silent auction, signature cocktails, and a seasonal tasting menu.
The very name of the event reflects the mission of NEADS and the incredible training the World Class Service Dogs receive by incorporating authentic commands the dogs are taught: “get dressed,” “give,” and “back.”
NEADS working Service Dog teams and Service Dogs in Training along with volunteer Puppy Raisers will be in attendance, and CEO Gerry DeRoche is available for interviews. Congressman Jim McGovern acts as the night’s Keynote Speaker while Fox61 News CT Anchor Keith McGilvery is Presenting Host.
The Exchange is a large, airy building with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces. To ensure a safe yet fun evening, the number of attendees will be limited. Guests will be required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination and wear masks when not eating or drinking per current City of Boston protocols.
