The elementary years are a time when children form friendships, which comes along with “bumps in the road” as they develop understanding of different perspectives and boundaries. Lower Elementary Teacher Kayla Stiffler will dive into the importance of practicing conflict resolution with elementary-aged children. She will also provide resources and books for parents to help them support their child as a social being.
Wellan’s free, virtual series, Montessori is for Everyone, is geared towards helping parents, caregivers, and educators discover the powerful benefits of Montessori methods and learn how to apply them at home. This March, we invite you to join us on Zoom for as many workshops as you’d like. Tuesday evenings will focus on Early Childhood and Thursday evenings will dive into the Elementary years.
