In these workshops, we slow down, tune in, and connect with nature, ourselves, and our creativity. We’ll begin with a brief centering meditation, then ease into journal-making, using watercolors and paper to craft simple, expressive pages. From there, we’ll step into the natural world, capturing what we see, hear, and feel through sketches, words, and color. To close, we’ll gather with soothing herbal tea, sharing reflections in a warm and supportive space. This invites exploration, creation, and connection with like-minded souls in a relaxed and inspiring setting.
