National Braille Press (NBP) to honor 90 years of service to braille readers across the country and around the globe with a yearlong celebration. NBP kicks off the festivities with a 90 Years, 9 Plates, Tasting in the Dark Experience. Guests will have the unique opportunity to experience their food completely in the dark! This event allows individuals to enjoy a passion for food, drink and how it relates to the senses such as aroma, taste and smell. There will be 9 small plates served in honor of 90 years of producing quality and affordable braille material for the blind community.
