Carson P. Cooman's "The Revelations of Divine Love" (Metaphors of Sea and Sky), professional soloists and orchestra. Mozart "Regina Coeli" featuring winners of NVC's Emerging Artists Competition.


Local composer and professional organist, Carson P. Cooman will give a pre-concert talk regarding his oratorio The Revelations of Divine Love" (Metaphors of Sea and Sky). Most of the text is based on Julian of Norwich's religious visions, which in this piece have been transposed onto the Nantucket landscape. The oratorio features professional soloists and members of the Indian Hill Orchestra. The Nashoba Valley Chorale is proud to present the winners of our Emerging Artists' Competition as soloists in two pieces: Mozart's "Regina Coeli" and Martini's "Domine, ad adjuvandum me festina." Conductor: Anne Watson Borne.
