Boston... I'm back (yay!) and excited to announce that I will be teaching a very special yoga class at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston on Saturday, January 13th!
Come see the MFA in a new light, with a one-of-a kind experience of a morning yoga practice in the soaring glass Shapiro Family Courtyard, before the Museum opens for the day. Yogis are encouraged to bring their mats, build friendships, and feel the energy of the art that surrounds you. After class, explore the galleries, visit that exhibition you’ve been meaning to catch, or grab a post-workout cup of coffee in the New American Café.
Doors open at 8:30 am. All attendees must enter through the Huntington Avenue entrance.
All participants will be required to sign waivers upon arrival to event. Yoga mats must be checked at coat check after class if you plan to explore the Museum.
Tickets are $25 and will sell out quickly so grab yours now via http://www.mfa.org/programs/special-event/namaste-saturday-4

Kristin has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga since 2010. Her classes are creative, energetic and encourage freedom and expression through movement, while still emphasizing safe alignment. You will sweat, laugh, stretch, and flow to some great beats, and will leave with a sense of renewed energy and clarity that will radiate throughout the rest of your day. Kristin believes that yoga is inclusive of all bodies and fitness levels, and if you commit to your practice, the results can be life changing. Kristin is a RYT 200 and pursued her certification from the Radiant Yoga School in 2010 under the instruction of Chanel Luck and Bonnie Argo. Always a student first, Kristin completed a Mentorship with Georgia Reath in the Winter of 2013 and one with Tim Kelleher and Daniel Max in the Fall of 2016.
