Stretch it out on Saturdays with a one-hour yoga class in Lamplighter Brewing Co.! Led by registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) Alisha Fowler, you'll work up a sweat during a one-hour Astanga-inspired flow. Alisha is the owner of Longfellows, and also teaches weekly yoga classes at O2 Yoga in Cambridge and Somerville.


Classes are $20, and include a one-hour yoga class as well as a token for a hot coffee or taproom beer after the class is complete. BYO mat. #RiseAndGrind
