As part of its ongoing "Museum Current" lecture series, which focuses on recent scholarship, discoveries, and trends in Museum Studies, the McMullen Museum invites Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Director Matthew Teitelbaum and Atlanta’s High Museum of Art Director Emeritus Michael Shapiro to discuss the opportunities and challenges that will shape the future of museums. Moderated by McMullen Museum Director Nancy Netzer, this informal discussion will highlight many of the issues currently facing museum directors across the country.
