Attorney Wendy Rieder, MSLL Adjunct at Suffolk University Law School will give a virtual mini-class on compliance issues with respect to advertising in the life sciences industry, in particular with respect to drug promotional material.
Real life examples will be used as case studies to learn about the basic rules and the regulatory oversight by the Food and Drug Administration.
Wendy Rieder is a founder and managing member of TriUnity Law Group, a boutique law firm assisting life science companies with their legal and intellectual property needs. Wendy is a business-oriented life sciences attorney with more than twenty years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, medical device and other related industries.
