Lady BOS Productions presents Mrs. Claus’ Bizarre Bazaar, a ...that’s what she said event. Our world feels more and more bizarre every day. Escape what feels like impending dystopia for an evening and enter a magical world that puts women at the forefront. Santa, our most beloved old white dude, takes a backseat for the night while Mrs. Claus hosts an evening of dance, music and comedy. Some performances nod to our current state of affairs, while others imagine a utopia filled with equal human and civil rights. Local artisans will display their wares, so come sip some eggnog, enjoy some live art, and knock out a bit of your holiday shopping. Feel free to embrace our bizarre theme with your own magically strange holiday outfit, but don’t worry, we won’t send you home from school if you don't follow the dress code.

There WILL be:

great music
eggnog (kid-friendly as well as the kind for grown-ups)
cookies! who doesn't like cookies!
top notch art at affordable prices
unabashed displays of feminine power and joy

Though this evening celebrates the feminine voice in the visual and performing arts, allies of all identities are welcome to attend. No trolls, tools, or outdated pickup lines, please! All performances are family friendly, so long as your family enjoys witty banter, sequins, women’s rights, and the occasional non-sexual athletic pole dance routine.

Featuring performances by:

I.J. Chan, Olivia Blaisdell & Stephanie Shin and Reina Gold | Dance

Maya Salafia and Jessa Potts | Music

Gloria Rose | Comedy

and Circe Rowan as Mrs. Claus!

All donations and a portion of sales from this event will support ...that’s what she said, an all-femme run production that provides support to female and femme-identifying dance makers through peer-mentored critical response workshops, community outreach programs, and performance opportunities. This project includes a series of interdisciplinary, intergeneration events and workshops running from December 2018-March 2019, with a culminating performance on March 30, 2019, at the Boston University Dance Theater featuring Reina Gold, Jennifer Lin & IJ Chan, GeeGee Louise, Jenna Pollack, Nailah Randall-Bellinger, Nattie Trogdon, and Kristin Wagner.

**Suggested donation of $10-15.
