So...ya like mozz? Lovers of all things rich and creamy: this is for you!

The mild, milky flavor and soft texture makes mozzarella (in all its forms) a playground for creative pairings! We’ll explain burrata and its decadent creamy center, celebrate the melty goodness of mozzarella, and show why size matters when it comes to the small and mighty bocconcini. Expect to be wowed and inspired by the flavor match-ups we’ve chosen including a tasting flight of wines. Each attendee also receives a little take home mozzarella treat! Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.

So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. A photograph of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.
