This time of year has the propensity to drive up stress levels and destabilize many people. This workshop will offer you time for slowing down, turning your attention inwards, and a quiet yet stimulating guided investigation of your brain-body connection.


Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons turn the lens towards “how we do what we do, so that we can do what we want.” This workshop will explore how you move around the central axis of your spine to lighten up your limbs and improve your mood. Moving gently, within a comfortable range, you may be pleasantly surprised by the ease and options you discover within yourself.


All participants must be fully vaccinated, show proof of vaccination status and a photo ID upon entrance, and wear a mask for the entire duration of the workshop.
