Movement Over Everything (MOVE), heralded for bringing dignity back to personal training and wellness services by employing some of the smartest in the industry in their respective field, is opening a new studio location - The MOVE Lab!


All staff have the common goal to help you MOVE better AND feel better, allowing you to reach your health and wellness goals in the safest, most effective way possibly. The space will offer not only wellness memberships, which include personal training, nutrition and massage all for one price, but also each service individually, and small group classes with a MOVEment focus in mind!
