Connecting with your body using trauma-sensitive movement can help you foster a more positive relationship to yourself, your anxiety, and your body.
TCTSY is an evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD, although you do not need to have experienced trauma to participate. Sessions are not about perfecting a specific shape or movement and no previous yoga experience is required as it is all about what works for you. You can follow along from a chair or a mat.
