On Boston Harbor, Joe’s Waterfront will feature a duo of appetizer, entrée and dessert specials over Mother's Day weekend.
First courses are asparagus and spinach salad with crispy bacon, goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette ($14), or corn and crab chowder with potatoes and bell pepper ($16). Main courses include an 8oz blue-cheese crusted filet mignon with roasted potatoes, onions and asparagus ($64) as well as a lobster and spring pea risotto with asparagus tips and parmesan ($38). Dessert is a truffle mousse cake with chocolate ganache and whipped cream ($12), or a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and chocolate shavings ($11).
Additionally, Joe's Waterfront will shake up two cocktail features: Violet Fields with Grey Goose, dry curaçao, violet liqueur, Fever Tree sparkling lemon and mint, as well as Basil & Berry Bloom with Tres Generaciones reposado, strawberry, basil, agave, Szechuan pepper and elderflower.
