The Red Lantern team will open doors early for this special sushi class, so guests will get full reign of the Back Bay sushi hotspot while learning the art of sushi. Moms and their plus ones will get a hands-on lesson in all things sushi led by the talented chefs at Red Lantern, complete with appetizers and beverage pairings – and of course the one-of-a-kind sushi creations! They’ll learn all about selecting the right fish, building the roll, rolling technique, and garnishing.
