Mother's Day Mother-Daughter Yoga Workshop w/ YogaForGood!

Join Jess Melfa on May 12th at 9am for a special Mother's Day yoga class!

This class will provide an opportunity to celebrate special female bonds and connect as a loving community through gentle yoga movements, partner poses, and fun group games.

We recognize and welcome all who have a special bond, please feel comfortable bringing the person who makes most sense for you whether that is a daughter, mother, aunt, niece, best friend, or other special relationship. No yoga experience necessary - just come with an open heart and an open mind! Children ages 5 and up.

Please bring waterbottles and mats! We have limited mats available at the store. When registering, please admit one ticket for you and one ticket for your daughter(s)/mother!
About Yoga For Good:

Jess Melfa, M.Ed and RYTounded YFG to help build compassionate and dynamic school, athletic, and business communities through yoga and mindfulness practices. While teaching elementary school in Boston, Jess realized how impactful these practices are to children's overall development and she created an accessible PreK-12 program. Jess's background in education and experience in the classroom inform how classes are taught, making YFG a unique company rooted in an understanding of child development and school culture.

YFG Partners with communities in the greater Boston area to create customize programs that fit the unique needs of each group. The YFG team hopes their partnerships can empower people to tap into their inner resources and lead happy and authentic lives.
