Is an injury keeping you off your mat? Do you have a recurrent or stubborn injury you don't want to aggravate? Or do you just want to avoid getting injured in the first place? If so, this is the workshop for you!
This interactive workshop with Jemila will include an introduction time for brief discussion of common injuries (15mins), a basics-level class with lots of options for all injury types (60mins), and a wrap up time for questions (15mins). You will leave with injury-appropriate modifications and prop usage for common O2 poses, and a renewed sense of confidence in your practice!
This class is appropriate for anyone cleared by a medical professional to practice yoga.
Due to the individualized nature of the class, participation will be capped at 20.
