Interested in hearing about cool & cutting-edge research at MIT from excellent science communicators? Register to attend MIT’s first Research Slam Showcase, a public showcase of research by MIT graduate students & scholars with prizes for the best communicators. The showcase will feature participants explaining their research and its importance in 3 minutes or less, with judging by an expert panel of judges and by YOU, the audience.


The 90-minute program will include live viewing of finalist Slam submissions, evaluation & feedback from judges, and a declaration of winners. Attendees can join in the fun by asking questions to participants, leaving comments, and voting for the audience-choice awards. So, come join us for a celebration of innovative research and clear communication at MIT!
