Mirbeau Inn & Spa’s five-course wine dinner will showcase Barton Family Wines, an exceptional Bordeaux winery that dates back to the 1700s. The five-course dinner will be led by Damien Barton-Sartorius who will share his passion for his family’s rich history of winemaking with guests, as they enjoy a five-course, French-inspired menu from Mirbeau Inn & Spa’s Chef Jeremy Martin. Chef Martin’s menu will complement the selection of wines, each of which are carefully curated for the evening by Hotel Sommelier, Errol Joseph.
