Did someone say sharpies?! Artists ages 8 to 12 are invited to Minni to draw and design on canvas materials with fabric markers, and everyone’s favorite permanent marker! A Minni instructor will inspire students to explore surface design by looking at patterns, graffiti, and artists from the Pop Art movent such as Basquiat and Keith Haring. Join us to design your own one-of-a-kind accessory! Workshop participants will take home a one-of-a-kind pencil case, pencil & sketchbook.
Minni Tween Workshops are for artists ages 8 to 12 as their next step in art exploration. They will explore new techniques, hone their skills, develop their own artistic voice(s). . and have fun too! Each workshop includes materials for individual and collaborative projects and because these are at dinnertime, cheese pizza! Participants are encouraged/invited to bring a water bottle and their own nut-free meal or snack if pizza isn't their favorite!
