Minni Make + Play - Chalk Paintings (virtual)

Minni Make + Play virtual workshops are designed to keep little ones ages 1.5–5 creating from the comfort of home. Each themed workshop focuses on skill development, simple repurposed materials and unique ways to engage with our environments.

In Minni Make + Play – Chalk Paintings (virtual) students and caregivers will create vibrant paintings with sidewalk chalk. Instructor Maria will guide students through multiple painting processes emphasizing texture, colorful play and a little bit of mixing magic.

Materials Needed

Scavenger hunt items: chalk in various colors

2 pieces of paper (cardstock or watercolor paper is best, but any type of paper on hand will work)

2 cups or small containers of water

2 paint brushes

We encourage all participants to complete a fun scavenger hunt challenge before we gather for each workshop. These items are listed above in the material list.
