As we settle into the darkest and coldest stretch of the year, join Chase and Emily for an exploration of winter yoga practices to generate heat and soothe the mind. You will leave inspired to explore how you approach practice every time you step on your mat.
Through practice and discussion you will learn new tools, whether for yourself or for your teaching, to weave into your yoga practices for deep winter. Katonah yoga and Classical Hatha Yoga approaches will underpin our time together interspersed with journaling, discussion and deep reflection.
