This class will be an all mindfulness awareness (shamata vipassana) practice geared toward anyone interested in bringing mindfulness into their parenting journey.

Class will begin with basic instruction, an opportunity to practice together as well as a question and answer section. There will also be opportunities for take home activities to foster your own practice.
