Designed specifically for runners and endurance athletes, this yoga-based workshop focuses on mobility, recovery, breath, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement patterns that support both performance and longevity. Expect a slower, intentional practice that targets commonly overworked areas like the hips, hamstrings, calves, feet, and shoulders while helping calm the “always go” mentality many athletes carry off the trail or pavement.
This is not a power yoga class or a workout. It’s a space to reconnect with your body, improve recovery, reduce stress, and build resilience from the inside out.
