Invite your loved one on a mindful date on the grounds of Ward Reservation!
Together, we will walk mindfully amongst the grounds, taking in the scenery and dropping into present-moment awareness. From there, Bianca & Jack of Within Wild Light will guide you through a loving awareness meditation practice, as you cultivate kind-hearted presence towards yourself, your loved one, and the greater world. We will seal the evening in with homemade treats and live acoustic music.
Bring a reusable cup or water bottle, weather-appropriate clothing, and a blanket and/or mat to sit on if you’d like (blanket/mat optional)
Space is limited. Pre-registration required. Masks required while on property.
