On Saturday, November 4, guests are invited to join Advanced Sommelier and Wine Director at Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar Nicholas Daddona as he explores Pinot Noir from around the world. Daddona will lead guests through an educational culinary adventure with this fruit-forward wine from Burgundy, California, Oregon, and Champagne. Wines will be accompanied by fall-focused pairings from the kitchen at Meritage, with samples of Burgundian truffles and various cheeses.
The class will take place in Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar, featuring sweeping views of Boston Harbor. Daddona’s students will have the option of following up the master class with a newly designed tasting menu from renowned Chef Daniel Bruce and Chef de Cuisine Keith Bombaugh.
