Guests are invited to join Advanced Sommelier and Wine Director at Meritage Restaurant +Wine Bar Nicholas Daddona for a special seafood pairing Master Class. Daddona will lead guests through an educational culinary adventure while they enjoy oysters paired with classics from Champagne, Burgundy and Loire Valley. Huet Vouvray, Moët Champagne and grand vineyards of Burgundy will all be invited to the party as well as some end of summer surprises!
The class will take place in Meritage Restaurant + Wine Bar, featuring sweeping views of Boston Harbor. Master Class students will also have the option of following up Daddona’s Master Class with Chef Bruce’s Tasting Menu at Meritage.
