Our Startup Boston Mentor Exchange is a uniquely structured opportunity to build connections between seasoned and emerging startup talent to share insights and answer questions about career development and skill growth.


Early-career startup employees will be matched with more senior mentors based on discipline/ industry function in a "speed-dating" style setting. Junior employees will get to meet three senior mentors for a half hour each, followed by a half-hour of peer networking. This is a valuable skills development opportunity for rising talent, and a great opportunity to for seasoned professionals to share their experiences and career insights.
