Join us for an opportunity to share and swap stories as well as delicious baked goods from the community. We will begin with time to mingle and hear from some mental health advocates in the community. We will then open up the floor to anyone who wants to share their story in any capacity (poetry, music, narrative etc).
Please bring a dessert to share for our potluck as well as a recipe card to share ingredients with attendees to ensure all allergies information is shared.


The event is free with a suggested $10 donation if you are able to contribute to the cost of hosting the event.
