Just in time for Thanksgiving, we're releasing four variants of our aged barleywine, Melvin the Mammoth! Clocking in at a formidable-yet-chuggable 8%, Melvin is big 'n burly with notes of stonefruit and caramel with just a hint of bitterness to balance everything out.
We've got ourselves a dang series for you available in 500mL bottles:
Melvin Stays Home - barleywine cellared for one year
Melvin Goes to Belgium - barleywine/ginger farmhouse ale blend aged in whiskey barrels
Melvin Goes to Jamaica - barleywine aged in amber rum barrels
Melvin Goes to Kentucky - barleywine aged in rye barrels
Think of Melvin as a mental lubricant for dealing with all your weird relatives this upcoming holiday season!
