Travel the world by way of your taste buds! In this interactive class, we’ll explore the rich traditions of Old world cheeses alongside the creativity and craftmanship of New world makers.


Guided by our Liz, our Cheese & Charcuterie Manager, you’ll taste exceptional cheeses from both sides of the Atlantic. You’ll learn how terroir, technique and tradition shapes each wheel and you’ll compare flavor profiles in a fun and approachable setting. And of course, we’ll pair the cheeses with a beverage or two. Come ready to learn and be surprised! Whether it’s centuries old or cutting-edge, we promise you’ll discover a new cheese!


Liz Clarke is our Cheese, Charcuterie & Catering Manager. She holds a MA in Gastronomy from Boston University, with a special focus on artisan cheeses. She also trained at the renowned Formaggio Kitchen before bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to Nouvelle Maison.
