Children and adults are invited for a reading of “Where’s the Party?” a drawing demonstration and a Q & A with the author.


Reading will be followed by book signing and light refreshments.
Suggested donation of $15 per family at the door. Books will be available to purchase on-site. Proceeds raised from this event will support art programs.


About the Book

About the Author:
Currently living in Brooklyn, NY, Ruth Chan is an illustrator and picture book maker who spent her childhood tobogganing in Canada, a good chunk of time studying art and education at Wellesley College and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a decade working with kids in diverse communities, including the Acorn Center for Early Education and Care at BCNC.
