Meet Chef Alain Lenôtre, Grandson of Legendary French Chef Gaston Lenôtre

The French Cultural Center is delighted to welcome Chef Alain Lenôtre to discuss the new edition of the bestseller FRENCH PASTRIES AND DESSERTS BY LENÔTRE.

Pastry lovers, join us to discover more about the legacy of the Lenôtre family and get some baking tips for the holiday season.

We will start with a 15mn discussion based on the book and its incredible history, then we will watch a 30mn baking demonstration of Chef Alain making a bûche de Noël and we will end the evening with a 15mn live Q&A.

Please note that this is not a baking workshop: after the event we will share with you the video of Chef Alain baking the bûche de Noël, so you can make it later while following his advice.
