Join us as we embrace the spring bounty of herbs and greens to create classic Meze from Greece and Turkey. We will learn how to make hortopita (a classic Greek pie with filo dough and greens), mercimek koftesi (Turkish red lentil balls), and two classic Greek dips, tzatziki and tirokafteri. Instructor: Sabrina Pashtan
