Ease into your weekend with this special Friday night experience, designed to quiet the mind and restore your energy.


The meditative coloring practice invites you to slow down and be present through a simple, creative activity—no artistic skills needed. We'll provide pre-drawn patterns and designs for you to color or paint, so you can really just zone out. 


While you're drawing, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath led by Valerie Abrigo Rivera. Sound baths use soothing vibrations to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation and mental clarity.


With soft lighting, peaceful vibes, and a zen-like atmosphere, this evening offers a grounding reset—helping you unwind and reconnect.


About Valerie: Valerie is a licensed Mental Health Counselor, a certified yoga teacher, and Reiki Level 1 practictioner. She is also a Sound Healer pursuing Yoga4Cancer and Yin Yoga Certifications. She has over 10 years of professional experience working in a variety of settings including community mental health, clinical research and public health education. Learn more about Valerie here.
