Join the Improbable Beasts, Boston’s premiere (and only) professional bass clarinet ensemble, in a contemplative program of seasonal meditations, carols, and readings reflecting on darkness, light, and hope.


In the reverent, reverberant, and deeply spiritual space of Arlington’s Chapel of St. Anne, come immerse yourself in the deep resonances and rich harmonies of ten bass clarinets.


Alternating meditative music, readings, and the Beasts’ unique arrangements of traditional holiday carols and songs, join us as we journey into the depths of darkness and through to the light beyond.
