Explore Meditation with Watercolor
We'll start with a brief introduction about the ways we see and perceive reality and how to transform that into a new perspective from within. We meditate for 1 to 5 minutes with watercolor in between sessions.
We will intuitively create a few basic watercolor exercises to simplify the process of letting go and transforming past future or present situations through the use of watercolor and meditation while listening to rhythmic music, we will spend most of the time creating with watercolor
This is for anyone who would like to learn to meditate and can start practicing right away. No pillows, no long sit down sleepy meditation with your eyes closed. These are easy meditation techniques and it's not an art class with instructions. However we do create watercolor art pieces based on your intuition, which is more fun than someone telling you what to do and how to do it (LOL). It's not about creating images, but sure you can, it's a process of visualization, letting go stuff, pain, anger, frustration, a processing for decision making, using our breath color and basic meditation principles.
We'll learn a new and easy meditation concepts that can be used in a practical way, every day and can apply it in our daily life in all our affairs, even if you've never meditated or have no experience, but want to learn easy methods that work and enjoy watercolor process.
