Explore Meditation with Watercolor


We'll start with a brief introduction about the ways we see and perceive reality in our meditation


Practice meditate for 1 to 5 minutes with watercolor in between sessions.


We will intuitively create a few basic watercolors while listening to rhythmic music, we will spend most of the time creating with watercolor


This is for anyone who would like to learn to meditate and can start practicing right away.


We'll learn a new and easy meditation concepts that can be used in a practical way, every day and can apply it in our daily life in all our affairs, even if you've never meditated or have no experience, but want to learn an easy method that works and enjoy watercolor in the process.
