Perhaps we over stepped a boundary and upset someone or perhaps we didn’t speak our minds and missed out on an opportunity. So we replay the dialogue in our minds, saying different words, thinking different thoughts and creating alternative results.
But when a similar situation happens down the road, what do we do? The exact same thing. We still overstep. We still hold back. We remain stuck in our patterns of behavior. Until now.
Introducing Meditation, Communication + Tacos, a new workshop blending mindfulness practice, communication coaching and, of course, tacos.
Over the course of the morning, you'll learn how our mindsets impact what we say or don’t say in a conversation, you'll start to recognize your own patterns of behavior in these conversations, and you’ll have the chance to experiment with new or different behaviors. The goal of the morning? Helping you to have more engaging, productive and joyful conversations.
Plus, a DIY breakfast taco bar to start the day and brunch cocktails to close.
