Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind. And we can do it!
This Tuesday evening meditation class will take a practical look at Buddha’s teachings on the nature and function of our mind. Each week will include:
June 6 - How to make our mind and actions powerful
June 13 - Find strength from within
June 20 - The wisdom that liberates
$12 per class.
$28 for the June 3-part series.
Free for members.
