In this class, nutritionist Kristen Ciccolini shares her best meal planning tips and tricks on how to fit it in when you’re always on the go. Bring a favorite cookbook or two (more will be provided!) as you will work on creating your own meal plans in this class! Participants will go home with sample meal plans and a calendar template as well, to help plan your next week of meals.
