MBTA Harbor Loop Ferry: $2.40 Boat Rides To/From North Station, Aquarium, Seaport, & Logan Airport

The MBTA is launching the F10 Harbor Loop, a new weekday ferry route connecting four of Boston's busiest waterfront destinations: Lovejoy Wharf (North Station), Central Wharf (Aquarium), Seaport (Commonwealth Pier), and Logan Airport. Service begins Monday, June 29, 2026, operated by Bay State Cruise Company.

The route runs approximately every 30 minutes during peak hours. Morning service runs counterclockwise from 6:10am to 11:30am; evening service runs clockwise from 3:55pm to 7:50pm. There is no midday or late-night service.

One-way fares are $2.40 (full) or $1.10 (reduced), in line with subway Zone 1A pricing. Riders can pay via contactless Tap to Ride, cash, credit card, or the mTicket app. Commuter Rail passes (Zone 1A through Zone 10) are valid on the route. Note: CharlieCards are not accepted on any ferry route.

The Harbor Loop supplements the existing Seaport Ferry and connects to the subway at Aquarium and North Station, with additional ferry connections to Hingham/Hull, Lynn, Winthrop, Quincy, Charlestown, and East Boston at Long Wharf/Central Wharf.
