Covering New England Presents: Material World & Power of Love at the Crystal Ballroom!


These two groups will rock all the hits of these two outstanding and iconic artists.


Material World pays tribute to Madonnas 80’s and 1990 hits while the Power of Love shows you the heart of rock and roll isn’t just in Cleveland.


CNE has also added a VIP 80’s dance party following the two groups. The party will be non-stop!


Material World formed in 2018 with a simple goal: form a high energy band to play Madonnas best known and best-loved songs, and then dress it up with a stellar collection of lead singers and a full dance team all to deliver an incredible experience of sing-alongs, dancing, and fun! Not an uninspired tribute act in the traditional sense, but still a highly detailed and faithful re-creation of Madonnas music of the 1980s (nothing after 1990!) only the best of the best. Featuring an eight-piece line-up, plus dancers, Material World is definitely something you do not want to miss.


Power of Love’s live show is no ironic, tongue-in-cheek takedown of Huey Lewis, nor is it a slavish tribute act. The band has the pure musicianship to honor the original songs and their arrangements, while still attacking the material with a raw rock and roll ferocity. Also, with no single front person and band members sharing vocal duties equally, PoL truly lives up to its motto:

“No Huey; Just the News”
