Midnight Morning, the vibrant coffee-to-cocktails café and restaurant is excited to announce the launch of its Midnight Morning Master Class Series, beginning with Espresso Foundations for a Home Barista. This immersive workshop is geared toward coffee enthusiasts with espresso machines at home.


Hosted in collaboration with local coffee expert and roaster Evan Piepenbrink of An(other) Coffee Co., our two hours class will guide you in mastering the art of brewing café-quality coffee at home.


Topics will be:

Recipe Development - Espresso Prep - Dialing In - Milk Prep - and - Drink Assembly.


Participants will receive expert guidance, hands-on learning, and a bag of freshly roasted coffee beans from An(other) Coffee Co. to continue practicing at home.


The workshop will be held at Midnight Morning, ahead of the regular service and will include a delicious brunch and, of course, exceptional coffee.
