Let’s master a fundamental technique of fresh pasta and turn our pasta dough from scratch to a delicious meal. In this hands-on class, we’ll make pasta dough from scratch and turn the pasta dough into delicious fettuccine with red bell pepper sauce. We’ll also hand-roll pasta and make a delicious salad with herb vinaigrette, pears, and gorgonzola. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn


This class will meet in-person at CCAE with a limited student capacity. Please view our In-Person Class Guidelines prior to enrolling.
