Once you learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch you’ll never go back. Chef Diane will guide you through various flours and different hydrations for making pasta. We’ll cut different styles of long and short pasta with a pasta machine or by hand and also cover filled pasta, including different styles of ravioli. We’ll also make roasted pepper cream sauce and Italian marinara to serve with our fresh pasta and discuss how to buy a machine and take care of it. Instructor: Diane Manteca
