Mozzarella is a beloved fresh cheese, both for snacking and cooking. Surprisingly it’s not too hard to make, but takes practice! Learn about the few, but mighty necessary cheesemaking ingredients and experience mozzarella-making from curd to cheese. We’ll also enjoy a few light appetizers with our finished product. Instructor: Hannah Morrow
